This tool has been developed to help you understand the different community groups in your local population, and understand how you can better engage with, recruit and retain people from these groups. It will compare your workforce data to your local population, to help you identify groups that might be underrepresented in your workforce.
The tool will provide a comparative analysis for disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion and ethnicity. It also provides information on wider groups in your local area such as carers, veterans and care leavers, which you could potentially engage with to increase your workforce supply.
